The Sales Improvement Fast Track Program goes far beyond the normal sales assessment and evaluation.We perform a comprehensive review and analysis of your entire sales area and provide detailed recommendations and action plans on what you need to do differently to exceed your sales goals and take your sales growth to the next level.
The following is a high level description of our program.
Step 1: Pre-Discovery Meeting
We will hold a pre-discovery conference call with management to discuss and review the Sales Improvement Fast Track Program process. We also talk about your business, people, goals, challenges, current sales issues and market gaps. We will submit to you a detailed sales improvement best practices questionnaire and answer sheet covering over 60 sales improvement best practice topics.
Step 2: Assessment Development
When the questionnaire answer sheet has been delivered back to our firm, we will review and analyze all sales improvement best practice responses. We will review and evaluate all aspects of your sales area in great detail, including your sales processes, strategy, products, pricing, collateral, competition, and much more. During the sales improvement assessment, we evaluate over 100 of your critical sales improvement factors and best practices.After our analysis is complete, we deliver detail recommendations and action plans on what you need to do differently to exceed your sales improvement goals.
